We have asked in the past to be notified before service calls - this has not happened. Often, existing problems are overlooked and we don't get a chance to tell technicians about current issues. Please contact us before service. A huge wasp nest was missed.

Hi Jeff, Sorry about the mix up. We do the exterior portion of your service on the same day/route as the neighboring properties. You are 100% covered in between services if any issues like the wasp nest you mentioned should arise. See you soon for the wasp nest!
