The service guy showed up early which was a plus. He was personable and he answered all my questions. I needed to have my brand new pavers drilled (this made me nervous) and he did it is a way that left no noticeable marks! I was super pleased that he explained the whole process to me and even showed me the work that he had completed at different intervals. The price was great for the warranty I received. I called around to several companies and had service people come out to give me an estimate. This company had reasonable prices and are knowledgable in their industry.
