Michael was amazing. Things went downhill after that. The receptionist made the two week follow-up appt while I was still on the line. When I went to confer week and a half later she had no clue. She renewed the appt. with Michael and I got Nick. Nick claims he called my cell phone (no records) and he rang my doorbell and knocked on the door. My husband and I were both home and heard nothing. I called to reschedule and it was miserable. I would not recommend this company at all.
