Major League took over from my previous pest mgt. company when the owner retired. Major League couldn’t have made the transition any smoother! They sent a letter of introduction, then followed up with a call. They honored the same reasonable rate I have been used to paying, they answered my questions (always a lot), and they are flexible with my schedule. I like a family-owned business and I respect the fact that someone like Dave has worked there for 20 years.
David treated my house yesterday for the first time, and did a thorough job. He was really courteous and I appreciated his calling to let me know he was on the way. I had forgotten and was ready to cancel because I like to take off til the solution is dry.
But he did a neighbor’s home first to accommodate me. I showed him the areas in the garage I wanted sprayed for spiders and he reminded me I didn’t need to leave my garage door open til I came home. He swept away the webs around my home and lawn furniture and, of course, treated the areas.
I’m very happy so far with Major League pest control! I look forward to a long service relationship with them.
