I like the automated calls to remind me when someone will come to spray, and so far they have always come as stated for regular spraying. The spray seems to be working as cockroaches come out of the wall to die. I didnt give a 5th star because they failed to come for a free termite inspection but I had the impression they were looking to sell a termite protection program even tho we have never had termites.
