I have been most disappointed with the termite portion of your service. I paid for another year after I tried to cancel, I was talked into it and said they would come right out and check all the inground cylinders. No one, took my $$ , this has been since May 2020. I have called, I have complained, each time being told someone was coming out.

I told Debbie on Wednesday, Deb does the insect spraying and she is the "best" asset you have by the way!!!! She called me and said she told her new manager and someone would be right out that day!!!!!!!!!!! No one......do not ask me to renew again and feel very strongly about wanting my monies back for such pool service.
