I'm not very happy with the fee of $350.00 for the service of putting a powder I was told would be very effective in getting of the bees I had at home in my fireplace vent. The powder not only did not work but seems a lot more bees gathered thereafter. The swarm of bees was twice as big the next day after Adios sprayed the powder on the chimney vent where bees were swarming.
I was told that if they had to come back to remove the hive it would be an additional $1700.00 dlls!!! I had been quoted $1400 if needed to return and that the $350.00 would be credited toward this service. When I called I got a different story which was very disappointing.
I hired another professional who removed the hive for $800.00
I really wish that Adios would have refunded my money since much like the powder was ineffective I feel I just threw my money away...my hard earned money was thrown out ---$350.00 down the drain and more bees was the result. Disappointed....Customer in East Chula Vista, G. R.
