I was not happy with my First service call, I was told by Shannon to make sure I would be home to walk my yard with the tech to go over any concerns I might have and any concerns the tech had and what plan of action would be done. My appointment was made for 10am due to my lawn cutting service coming at 8:15 am that morning, but at 7:30 I heard a truck out front and it was Care Bear and the tech was already spraying my lawn! I went out and asked him why he was there already my grass cutter would be there in a bit and my appointment was for 10am he stated he has to start early to get all his stops in for the day.I told him I was told to make sue I was home because it was important for me and the tech to walk the yard. He did take a few minutes to point out a few things but could not treat the weeds properly due to law getting cut right afterwards. So I'm looking into finding a company that can spend some time not a wham bam job like all the other companies like true green which I have had in the past! I don't ecpext them to spend hrs at my house but not a rush job!!!! All I want is my lawn to stay in great shape weed free as promised. FYI its been a week after treatment and my
lawn still looks pale didn't green up a bit.
