The inspector was very courteous when we first met, and he was very professional and thorough during the inspection. He answered all of my questions and he was the only one out of the several other companies willing to look into the attic at my house, although my roof is relatively low. He did find some droppings, and I'm very impressed.
However, there were some issues with scheduling that I had to call a couple of times to reschedule because an inspector could not come. Also, communication through email is not good because I still haven't received a full report through email, yet I got this email to review the company. Regardless, I will still do business with them in the future for their thorough inspection.
