I have been a customer with F & W for over 13 years, and have loved the service. Our regular technician, Luke is great. We have also had substitute technicians who have done a solid job in his absence. Today, that was not my experience. I have never complained or had a situation where I thought it was necessary to contact the company due to unsatisfactory service, but today was different.
I hope this will be considered with the utmost discretion. The technician today did not seem able to do his job. He seemed confused and unprepared, to the point I asked him to only service the basement and address the outside. We have a 3 story home, not including the basement, where each story gets new monitors and checked for any pest traffic. It seemed that he was not prepared to carry out the extent of these tasks.
Unfortunately, personal hygiene and professional appearance were not on par with my previous technician experiences. He also did not put booties over his shoes--which were quite covered in something. To his credit, he was quite polite and apologize for not knowing what to do or how. I appreciate that, but meanwhile my house did not receive its usual level of service. I don't need to have a follow up visit, I will await my next scheduled 4 season treatment. I would merely like it noted that I would rather not have this technician again.
