Called for a wasp problem and while the technician did service it, there are still wasps entering and exiting the nest.

The technician didn't really describe what he was going to do and didn't go around all possible entrerance points for pests. He didn't even go into the back patio, where we havea lot of pests. In addition, the technician didn't offer to come inside as stated in the initial service description.

The technician was here for about 10 min and didn't say he was done, he just left.
