The tech was prompt, professional & answered all my questions. I would appreciate it next time though if the tech wore coverings over his shoes when inside the house, especially after being on the lawn area outside my unit. Overall good customer service provided though. Will have to wait & see how spraying deters the spider issue I've been having.
