I have to be honest so this may be corrected for future customers. This is not made to bash a business or hinder the reputation of an employee. Simply to lay it all out as I experienced.

I was going through the motions on purchasing a new home. I set up my appointments with inspectors and being that Braman is a reputable company i wanted to use them for termite inspection. The inspection took place while i wasnt at the property which was fine because i live a busy life. The report came back clean with no visible evidence of termite damage. I was very happy to hear that. $200 well spent for piece of mind.
A day or 2 later i had a general home inspection done to check water, heat, etc. During that time i was at the property and he pulled me over to point out the heavily damaged joist in the basement due to termites.

I called braman back and they sent the inspector back to the property for a second look. I appreciated the fact he came back out. While we were there i pointed out the damage. He couldn’t believe he missed it, and to be completely honest, me either, as it looked pretty bad when a light was on it.
He explained the traps that could be installed around the perimeter and i was interested on getting them in spring.
Later that day i was on my back porch and noticed that the entire beam holding the over hang up is completely rotted out and would need to get totally taken off and replaced. Thats not my issue.
I am not a termite expert by any means. I wanted the termite inspection done thoroughly so i know what i need to eventually fix.

Bottom line i paid $200 dollars for a termite expert to come to my house twice to totally miss everything he was there to check.
At this point i don't trust the inspection report and will be taking my business elsewhere.
