I have only been with F&W for less than a year since signing up after a recommendation from a friend. Our primary concern was about ants in the summer, and to a lesser extent, mice in the basement in the winter. Karl was very friendly and informative. He sprayed for ants in late spring or early summer, and we didn't see an ant again after he visited. Karl returned the other day to put out mice baits. It's too early to comment on the success of this treatment, but again, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I am confident that we will see positive results.
