Josh arrived on time and thoroughly investigated the property. He treated several areas and pointed out some termite damage on the trim of the front chimney which he could see from the driveway. Since it was a small job, he recommended that I get it repaired sometime soon. I appreciated his honesty and was impressed with his professionalism. Josh did an excellent job and he represented Kilter is a positive light.
