We love Francis Animal and Pest Control! Our experience with scheduling and payment has been straightforward. Dalton and Jess R. are excellent. They are very thorough and also friendly, taking time to answer my questions or explain what they're doing. Jess R. even came to our house to collect a bat on Valentines night! My husband and I are terrified of bats, but Jess was able to gently capture the bat and even kindly showed it to my curious kids.
