I called with a bee problem and was told the technician would come out. He did but more bees were spotted. I called again and asked if the whole area was treated or just the spot that they were seen first. They were going to check with the technician and send him out if the whole area was not treated. He never came or was asked. I had to call a second time. Then he came.
