This is the second time I am leaving a bad review !! Inspection report shows all kinds of wonderful things that were supposed to happen at our home but tech was only on property for 20 MINUTES !! Clearly stated on our inspection report - 20 minutes. It was IMPOSSIBLE to perform what was stated on report in 20 minutes. IMPOSSIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE, IMPOSSIBLE !! Eighteen termite bait stations inspected, 3,700 sq ft home eaves cleaned of spider webs, etc... Insecticide applied to landscaping for roach control, cracks and crevices around doors and windows, flying insect nests taken down and supposedly had time to treat perimeter base for active roaches. Amazing, just amazing ! Have been a customer for many years and have had several techs over the years and not one of them COULD or DID perform their duties here in 20 minutes. I am now actively looking for another company to do pest control at our home. I will also be letting all of my neighbors know about my soon to be new contractor here in Lake Jovita.
