I appreciated how Zachary was on time to the appointment and how he took his time inspecting our home. I didn't feel as though he rushed and that he did do a thorough job. I also appreciated his kindness and thorough explanations when addressing my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company even though we didn't end up ending their services.
