Unfortunately no one warned me that I could potentially end up with dead mice in my walls. Just purchased this house, and now I have to gut all the walls to remove dead mice. I would have considered getting rid of my termite another way if I had know or even thought this would happen. Why doesn’t your company ask us to treat a mice problem before tenting? Now this just makes it so much more costly and inconvenient for me to deal with the mess of dead rodents in the walls. I also was told they would charge a 20% fee before service, so I gave them my credit card for that. I ended getting a full bill after service was done. They charged my credit card, the one I gave only for my 20% payment. If I would have know they would do that, I would have opted for another card or check since I was maxed on my other card, and immediately had to return stuff at the store as to not get my card declined for going over the balance. My overall advice is to make sure someone who gets their house rented, is to make sure you get rid of rodents first with a good rodent service.
