I am under contract with Home Paramount for our home. Yesterday, I was visited by one of your reps because I had called in a problem with fruit flies. I wasn't told when I called for the appointment that this wasn't a service covered under my contract. So I was not pleased to find out that it would be a $395.00 charge for the call yesterday. We haven't been able to get rid of the fruit flies on our own, so with the holidays approaching, I went ahead and signed the paper but am not at all happy with the cost. The drains have been treated, and we're still waiting for the cups, but I'm confused about the high cost of the visit and why I wasn't told when I called that this was not a covered service. No one is usually home when our home is treated quarterly, and we have had problems with mice in the past, so I went ahead and asked for the bate to be refilled yesterday.
