Had a few hiccups with scheduling, but those were handled super professionally and immediately. *Hiccups were due to weather.* On the day of the appointment, the agent called asking if he could come early (which was ok with me). He came in and sprayed the inside, allowing ample time to get my dogs out of his way. He then explained what he would be doing outside and set to it. Very respectful and timely. Could not praise their customer service enough.
