Should have read reviews first!!! Requested service and explained exactly what we needed help with regarding our home warranty company that needed a specific, itemized quote (and after calling the week after “service”, the staff member on the phone seemed completely incompetent and was of no help whatsoever in receiving what we needed) to get our broken AC fixed (in the heat of summer). We received a quote for under $100 for them to come out, and they left our home with nearly $300 from us, without ANY indication that they would be charging us over $200 more than we were quoted until it was time to pay!
Highway robbery and dishonest, without providing any sort of support, and a MUCH more expensive “seevice” visit than expected!!!
