I usually do my own pre-emergent. After reviewing many companies, I chose Watts and wasn't disappointed. Contracts explaining the service are sent by email in plenty of time for one to review. I was able to respond/confirm electronically. How many companies do that? Austin called ahead with a lead time and arrived punctually. Upon Austin's arrival I had some questions. He answered all patiently. I watched Austin from inside my home and noticed he was considerate of our landscaping and plants. What more can you ask?
