When I phoned to book quote appt and upon Donald's arrival, I said bees were definitely coming in through the fireplace. Donald did treat fireplace and attic. He said a few did drop from the chimney. Although on the worksheet that was emailed to me, under pests found "nothing" was listed. He also said that with one of the next two visits, someone would treat the chimney from the top in and they would check the chimneycap to make sure it waa ok Yesterday when the crew came out, we went over all that was going to be done and there was no mention of checking the chimney on the outside. So I inquired, and he said no they were not doing that. I asked if it was going to be done with our next visit and he said "no, we don't do that ". I said Donald said it would be done. . He said the could. When they were done he called and I asked what was found, he said there were several wasp nest found and a few had dropped out of the fireplace and several were seen flying out of the chimney. . Once again, there is no mention of them even treating the fireplace or the chimney outside or that any wasps.

I would really like all that information indicated on the worksheet. Not only for myself but so there's no confusion with the crew coming out the next day what is supposed to be done.
I am feeling a bit unsure of what are service has been.
