Pestech service has gone downhill and is now abysmal. I leave detailed instructions on specific problems and ask for the technician to call me, but I received no phone call or email. I have no idea if he or she has even been here. This is a recurring problem. The last time I made a point of being here to meet the technician, he never showed up. Last time I will use Pestech.
