Not Happy. It was our understanding that the following Monday after the agreement was signed, NWF would begin trapping and removing the Raccoons that were gaining entry to the attic space from the outside of the building. The contract was signed on 12/16/2021, and to date there have not been any traps deployed, and there is further damage to the building soffits since signing the agreement. Also the technician servicing the property was asked to contact our maintenance person Javier Gomez to meet him onsite at each visit, and has not done so to date.
