Jerome was excellent. Very thorough and more importantly pleasant. His mannerism was simply welcoming. Jerome was very respectful and placed booties on his shoes before walking on any carpet. Great guy we would like to personally request Jerome as our service technician in the future. Jerome would be a great candidate to serve as a field trainer. Service could not have been any better….
