After the first call, Tim was there the next day and inspected the situation. He identified how they got in and set the traps. Less than a week later, Tim and his associate came back and blocked the entries and installed a one way wire exit. So far, since the first siting, there have been no others and the traps have not caught anything....which is strange. I am fine with it as long as they are gone. The traps have succeeded in capturing a few mice though...so I reloaded them and they are set again.
Will need carpentry soon to replace rotted wood and which I have arranged to have done in January.
Overall very pleased with the service.
