My name is George Rockar Jr, we had called Accel for help to get rid of bed bugs, for we had been fighting them for over a year. We felt really great with Accel for they had said they would be with us until the end. They would tell us the would email us every so often to tell us when they were coming out next but never did, we had to call them 1st. I am the type of person that you do what you say, but overlooked it. Then Covid 19 hit and they could not come back until after the president's U.S. lockdown. We figured they would pick back up, where they left off, only to get told that our guarantee had expired during the shut down. Now it has been over 2 years and we are still fighting bedbugs, we lost furniture, we have lost beds, more importantly we have lost hope. They charged us when they came back in after the shut down and now we owe a bill, can not replace the items we lost, and can not help but feel if every follow up happened on time the fight would be over and then this would have been a different review, which was my intent at the beginning for I do not like giving this type of review. Just chalk this up to another covid 19 fatality, I guess. Sorry George Rockar Jr.
