Our technician, Chris Rodriguez, was polite, wore a mask, and used shoe covers. These are all very positive aspects of his service. Chris asked questions clearly indicating his desire to attend to our pest control concerns. We were satisfied with his performance. We think the company should consider some policy updates to conform to the standards of the local competition. When we have used other pest control services paying an annual fee we have been given the option of calling at any time for service, (for example when an infestation of ants/roaches into the house occurs and we need immediate pest control service), not just 4 visits a year. Another local competition practice included leaving us with sticky traps and other devices to deter pests between visits.
