I absolutely love my technician named Dion out of the Fredericksburg Virginia office he is awesome and should be a role model for all of your technicians he is very professional dresses immaculately he wears a white shirt collar with long sleeves and a tie hey is what really made me so happy that I made the choice to call your company however there were a few occasions in the last few months where they did not send him to take care of my home the people that showed up looked like they might as well have been landscapers sloppy shirts pants and demeanor. I was very disappointed with those folks because I thought when I first met Dion this was a standard for your company and I had requested to have him come back and continue being my technician however for what reason I have no understanding why he was not sent and I repeatedly said I wanted Dion only and they continue to send these other fellows which is why I had to call back several times because I still was having problems with my Pest Control when Dion comes I don't need to see him until the next time he is due to come but I'm so sorry that the company wasted their time sending these incompetent fellows out here in his place. I cannot say enough good things about Dion I think he deserves a raise or a very good bonus. He totally represents the company the way you would like them to see how you are. He is an excellent technician and you all should really acknowledge Him for the way he represents our company and takes care of his customer situations whatever they may be. And my rating is for Dion alone.
