Happy with the mosquito service - we have been outside a lot this summer and my wife who normally gets bit quite a lot by mosquitoes has not been bothered by them. My only area for improvement is in the back office. A bit sketchy talking with the folks who said that they differentiate prices and everyone pays the same but when I mentioned that my neighbor was getting tick shield thrown in for free they suddenly had differentiated pricing... Then when I get the service description it doesn't say anything about the tick shield, nor does it say it on the service notices, however they say "its in there". Would be better to just be upfront and if you are delivering a service, put it down on the contract and invoice rather than having a voice over saying don't pay attention to the contract.
