The pest of the day was bird mites. For several years, I had a bird nest. The birds came back to that nest every year. No big deal. This year, the birds brought their family and friends. I had a total of seven nests. Now it was a big deal. After the baby birds left, the mites needed a host. They came in trough the screens and garage door. They hopped a ride on my tiny dog and came into the house. They are nasty buggers with a bite more itchy than fleas. The Lloyds team came out, removed the nests, and fumigated the spaces and the house. They arrived on time, were professional and took care of the problem.
