I called Terminix because I wanted to confirm that I had moisture in my crawl space.. they came out and did a FREE Home Inspection and confirmed the moisture, and explained what needed to be done to correct the said problem.
They scheduled me 1 day out, the Crew came, put new moisture barrier down, sealed everything and installed a dehumidifier all within a day and a half..
Mike Hall, the Rep I felt was very thorough with his inspection, he explained everything that needed to be done so that one could understand it.....when the Crew came out Malcolm who I believe was the Crew Lead was SUPER.......again, any questions I had were answered ...
I would DEFINITELY recommend this Company to any of my Friends or Family, even if you aren't sure you have a problem, have them come out and check before it becomes worse than it should be...
