Not real happy about the service. We were sold on the heat treatment and told we could leave everything as is, except for the items on the prep sheet we were given. We took all cosmetics, cleaners, shampoos, etc. and put in laundry bins on dining room table and kitchen as instructed. When the technicians got there they told us that what not necessary and to take them outside. The report said we had too much "clutter" and therefore treatment is not guaranteed. We were specifically told to leave everything as is for this treatment except for the items I mentioned above. This is very disappointing as I paid $5,000 for this treatment! There was no mention about follow up and I would think someone would come back after a period of time to inspect and see if treatment is effective. I will now have to find another company and spend more money to make sure this is taken care of as I cannot trust this company.
