This is the first time I've used Home Paramount. My house. which is 7.5 years old, just went on the market. Before I listed I had Home Paramount do a free termite inspection. I was told there were no termites, but I would need to replace the vapor barrier in the crawlspace in order to pass the home inspection. I got quotes from three companies, and Home Paramount was by far lowest. I was very happy with the inspector who talked to me about what needed to be done and also with the job the technician did.
