Shout out to my service inspector - Joshua Owen! He is always pleasant, always announces himself (calls me if I'm not home) just to let me know he is on the property. He always asks if I'm having any problems, explains what the 'pests' are, and tells me how he will work to correct it. One of the rainy days, he told me what he needed to do, but with the rain the treatment would not last/work, and told me when he would return to take care of it, which he did. I am very pleased with his service for our home.
