Aeron was to do Chemical treatment along with the Heat treatment. To be followed by 2 more chemical treatments. All bugs to be roasted with 15 Minutes and the eggs destroyed in 1 hr. He came late and I confirmed with him that that he was going to start with Chemical treatment inside/outside the house before the Heat guys come. Spray all baseboards, corners, bed frames, all around the house.
I had to be out of the house, to my surprise there was no chemical treatment done at all, no spraying of baseboards, bed frames. Downstairs nothing was sprayed, behind the sofa to TV, as nothing was moved. No outside spraying. Heat treatment was supposed to be for 8 hours, As I was out of the house don't know how long, it was done. It was not very effective.
I have been overly charged, taken for a ride, beech of trust, work not done which was promised and agreed.
Next day when I opened my eyes the first thing I saw alive bug crawling on the ceiling, found 3 more still alive.
Before this process and I called the office and talked to Anita 15 times to make sure this treatment will work and also made sure what was to be expected, I was assured that this is the treatment which will kill all the bugs and it will work.
I have a very bad feeling and makes me sad that people don't do what they say and charge you tons of money. This treatment is to cost me close to 3,000 dollars.
I called the office on Monday 13th around 8:00am and talked to Anita and told her the situation, I wanted talk to the owner, she told me he will call me, she will give him mu number. Today it is over a day and I have not heard from him.
