I have been with Markle for over 10 years. I had them with my first, 2nd & 3rd house. I have a service agreement which works out well, if they don't solve the problem, they will return for free to make it right. The only thing you have to watch is the technicians try to "up sale". I don't like to have to deal with that, but otherwise, they are great and I strongly recommend.
