The gentleman who came to see me was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed an immediate change with carpenter ants the following day... a few dead ones lying around. Since then (about 3 weeks) I have seen the occasional ant around, but was advised to give it a month before calling back. However, there seem to be less and less. The house treatment was fast, I didn't have to move furniture around and the 1 year warranty makes me comfortable to call back if necessary.
