I am a new customer. When I first called the woman on the phone was very helpful and very pleasant . We set up an appointment for the technician to come out and service my home. The night before the service the technician called to confirm the appointment. He introduced himself as Sean. His voice sounded very familiar. I asked him if he used to worked for another company and he said yes. He was the technician that used to service my home. I'm thrilled to be back working with Sean. Sentry pest control is very professional and did a great job.
