In our first winter in our new home, we discovered ants coming into our kitchen from a tiny hole in the countertop caulking. Thankfully, we called The Bug Man and a technician was able to come out the very next day. He was very kind, explained everything he was doing, left us clear instructions for what to do after his visit, and scheduled a follow-up visit to ensure the ant problem was taken care of for good. The ants have not come back, and we are customers for life! Thank you The Bug Man!
