The service man was knowledgeable and hepful.However for what the service entailed which was to handle a possible rodent problem I do think the cost was a bit much.The man plugged up 3 small holes and put out 4 mouse traps in cardboard boxes.I did not spend time researching costs with different companies.Besides there was a cost to come to the house and that amount was applied to the charge .But the service man was very nice and did bring the cost down a bit.
