We were playing on a yearly basis and yet they were sending Bill every time and inspection was done. That led to several double payments on our part. That also led to missing payment because we never knew whether a given invoice was paid. For that reason, in 2019, there was a lapse in payment leading to cancellation. When we realized, we will renew her contract but you increased the price taking advantage of labs in contract. That is not a fair treatment to a long-term while customer.
