Since your going from monthly to quarterly your service is non existing. Yesterday I wanted to have the inside maintained for spiders with that season coming up and was told that spraying is not an option any more. He could put down some powder around the base boards. Now why would I let anybody put powder down that can be inhaled and sucked up by the vacuum cleaner and get into the air. He did spray a pinch of something on each corner of the inside windows for wait purpose I don't know. Yesterdays experience was very fustrating to say the least. The outside maintenance was no better fighting for everything that should have been done with out us asking.
