Very responsive and willing to continue working with us until our concerns were resolved. All of the technicians have been profesisonal and polite, but we've especially enjoyed working with Sean. He's extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and I always feel confident with the quality of work after he leaves. So far our mice issue seems to be controlled and they have proactively helped us manage a potential rat and spider/insect issue. The lower cat guard and platinum service was expensive, but we're now really happy that we ended up going with it!
