I consider myself a long time customer over 15 years and because this service is for my home and because of that it is important to ME that I know the tech. I think I should be able to have my regular tech and if he is not available I should know in advance so I can decide if I want a new tech. Use your new tech's for your new customers. I am a senior and I do NOT feel comfortable with new people coming to my house without my consent. Nothing personal against Ben, I just want Ramon who I am comfortable with.

Also I think your survey should have a "N/A" because all questions do NOT always apply. Perfect example... Ben did not provide me with service. I did detect a negative attitude from him when I told him I would wait for my regular tech.
