I was called from out of state for a family emergency and discovered the home where I was staying was infested with bed bugs. I called AIPM late in the day and Scott C. offered to come by on his way home from work. He recognized the dire situation and went out of his way to not only do an emergency spray that evening but came back the next day to do an entire treatment as my family member was due to be released from ICU and come home soon. He stayed in touch the next couple of weeks while I was still there to ensure the bugs were diminishing and also came out two more times to check the house and spot spray. He even treated my luggage the night before I left to ease my mind of bringing them back home with me. I signed up for monthly treatments to continue for one year. This occurred in late February and I'm happy to report that it appears the bb problem has dramatically gotten under control. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service we received. Scott genuinely cared about the situation and was not "just doing his job" like you see so much of these days. I would highly recommend AIPM!
