I was so impressed with the technician that I had today (Mike Bradley). For the past 8 years my house has been sprayed for insects and bate places in stations to prevent a mice investation. However, today was different. Mike took the time to understand what my concerns were and ask more questions about the mice issue. He was surprised to hear that we have had a problem for 8 plus years. Mike said we need to fix the problem, not just manage it. He went around my house to figure out the entry points. He fixed what he could and instructed me how to address the areas that he could not. He took a great deal of time and was very professional. I called the company to let them know that I only want Mike to be my guy from this point forward. He should be an example for all technicians at Rose.
